I truly enjoyed the spacious atmosphere and the outdoor fire pits which created a lovely space to relax and socialize. The staff was friendly and responsive, making my stay even better. However, the elevators could definitely use some improvement as they felt a bit slow and cramped at times.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the Club Lounge and had fun watching our favorite shows. The hot tub and outdoor pool were perfect for relaxing after our excursions. Great value for the stay, especially with the fitness center and sauna available.
The only downside was the slow and small elevators, which were a bit unsettling.

great stay with a minor hiccup
The staff secured my daughter's coat until we returned a few days later. Diane, the helpful supervisor, went above and beyond by searching the housekeeping department to retrieve it.
The coat retrieval process took some time.

The hotel is centrally located with friendly staff and great amenities like pools and a nice clubroom. However, a few areas look outdated, and my stay was slightly disappointing due to the water slide being closed despite prior confirmation. Overall, a solid choice for families and business trips.
